My letter to you...

Consistency, not perfection, leads to life long changes.

Let's be real, striving for perfection only leaves us feeling inadequate. We aren't perfect and we aren't meant to be! We are human and we live lives that throw us curve balls on the daily. We have to find a routine that works for us, something we enjoy. Our body needs short spans of exercise combined with intentional movement and adequate nutrition. The days of diets and hours spent in the gym or on a machine doing cardio are long gone! I have come up with a daily routine that is simple and effective. The path may differ from person to person, but the end result will not....

The end result is YOU SEEING RESULTS!

Every little effort you make counts and adds up over time. This my friend, is consistency.

Consistency, not perfection, is obtainable and sustainable. Day by day, every good decision is added to your consistency bucket. Will every day be overflowing with good decisions? Probably not and that's ok. But each day will have the same purpose and that purpose is to consistently get better over time.

The second you commit to yourself, the change begins.

Even though you're seeing your body change before your eyes, it's not all physical and it's not just the scale, it's you as a whole becoming the best version of yourself! When you show up for yourself, you can show up for the ones around you. The ones who rely on you and the ones who are watching your every move.

Be the best version of YOU

I'm in, are you?

Let’s get fit together!

xoxo
Britt

My Story

I stumbled upon what would be my lifelong passion as a young girl determined to be great. I
competed in my first fitness competition at 14. With an unimaginable level of discipline and
determination, I moved through the ranks quickly and achieved at an early age what many only
dreamt of. At 16 years old, I was the youngest to ever win the Overall title at The North Carolina
Women's Bodybuilding Competition. I continued what I knew, training and competing at the
National level through high-school and Nursing School. I ended my bodybuilding career
prematurely at the age of 23 where I placed 2nd in the NPC USA Bodybuilding Championships.

My lifetime dream carried heavy burdens. I had developed eating disorders, body dysmorphia,
and my passion had been lost. Not everything was lost, though. My life was just beginning. I met my husband, started a family and most important, gave my life to Jesus Christ.

Now I use my experience and
knowledge to help others reach their goals.

their worth and potential leaves me full of gratitude and the desire to help as many people as
